蒋独木一直都觉得自己没有那么大的野心，和莫尘不一样。他喜欢安静，满足的生活，而不是商业界的尔虞我诈。他不想做父亲那样的人，因为真的很累，并且，没有自己的感情……
有了叶成林之后，蒋独木似乎多了一分责任，而且，他还萌发了想娶她的意愿。
"请帮我定一张去往加拿大的机票！要最快的！”莫尘对自己的秘书说道。
听蒋林棕的秘书说，派出去找蒋独木的人，一直都不能把他请回来，他想，都这个时候了，也应该自己出面来解决一些事情了。
